Bugby to international level, headquarters to be established in Singapore

Cybersecurity service provider Cyclical Technology’s crowdsourcing bug hunting platform Bugby is set to set up headquarters in Singapore.

Naresh Lamgade, the founding CEO of Bugby, said that with the selection of two programs of Microsoft, ‘Highway to Hundred Unicorn’ and ‘Microsoft Founder Hub’, the way has been opened to take Bugby to the international level.

These two Microsoft programs are aimed at uplifting startups in the Asia-Pacific region. Through which such companies can make an effective presence in the market and bring digital innovation.

According to Lamgade, CEO of Microsoft, the company will provide mentorship on issues such as market strategy and accessibility.

“We’ve been able to get into both of Microsoft’s disciplines,” says Lamgade.

In addition to mentorship, Microsoft will also support investment, Lamgade said. “Microsoft has its own brand called M Twelf, with which Microsoft will connect us.” He said.

The company is preparing to bring Bugby internationally after a month-long online mentorship by Microsoft. For this, the company will go to Singapore in May and set up its headquarters in Bugby, said Lamgade.

“Now, after the mentorship of Microsoft, we will take Bugby internationally. For that, we will start our headquarters in Singapore and operate it in Nepal.”

He said the company would also set up physical infrastructure in Singapore. As Bugby has been able to expand its relationship with many Singaporean entrepreneurs during Microsoft’s program, Lambade is confident that strong investments will be made for Bugby in the coming days.

He said that Bugby, the first and only crowdsourcing cyber security platform in Nepal, has been getting good fund network and platforms recently.
